Designed to offer readers accurate, cutting-edge information to guide their investment decisions, each issue of Canadian Real Estate is filled with informative articles on a broad range of topics including property values and trends, mortgage advice and product overviews, investment strategies, surveys of particular real estate markets throughout Canada, renovating advice, and general tips and traps for buyers, sellers and investors.
Distributed to over 200 chains across Canada, including major bookstores (Chapters, Indigo, Coles), newsstands (Gateway), retail stores (The Bay, Loblaws, Wal-Mart, Shoppers Drug Mart, Canadian Tire, Metro, Safeway) and airport terminals, Canadian Real Estate will also be distributed via paid subscriptions, and through marketing alliances with major associations.
Canadian Real Estate Wealth offers the following auto-renewable subscriptions:
- Yearly Subscription ($41.99)
Payment will be charged to your Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. Subscriptions may be managed by you and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your users Account Settings after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to Canadian Real Estate Wealth.

So happy to have CREW on iPad. I can always have each issue at my fingertips when speaking with other investor or clients. Saves paper, looks sharp, easy layout to navigate.

Some bad moments
Neither Moneysense nor The Economist charge an additional fee for digital subscriptions, which contrary to your customer services opinions, are relatively inexpensive to distribute.
I love the CREW magazine, but this app seems to be buggie. I have been unable to view my subscription, or even download issues I have already bought. I would easily change the stars to "5" if I could view the content I purchased!
New update is terrible, no bookmark, and have to flip from beginning once u exit the app. Didnt read for months and hopping a better update, but NEVER HAPPENS!!
Magazines move forward into digital world, start with a simple one, and make better update and improvements, and you guys should do the same! Not making it worse.
A real shame. Great magazine nestled into a poorly designed application that wont download issues. I read many other mags on my iPad including Moneysense, never had issues with any of them. CREW, no excuses for such a poor user experience. Lets hope version 3.0 fixes this mess... assuming there are plans for a new version.
Its impossible to purchase a new issue from the store. You can only buy issues more than 3 months old. The software is buggy. But the worst thing is that after months of complaints, CREW has done nothing about it. PLEASE FIX YOUR APP.
Why does it take weeks after an issue is printed to show up in the app?? Terrible user experience
